This is very worrying, most of us are looking to move into the Cloud environment but am really concerned with what if scenario...it is a crying shame that Council's with little money are looking at this in silo of each other instead of an holistic approach where the London Borough's could purchase a Cloud together and thus have more negotiating power over the contractual terms etc
